Important surgery information:
We will be booking telephone appointments from 8am to 11am. This is to allow us to be able to deal with the calls we are receiving. There are many people who we are having to call 3 or more times before they answer their phone. Also many more are requesting appointments later in the day. All that means we need more time in the afternoon to be able to manage the calls we receive.
Taking calls to 11am than the average GP practice, and our appointment system means we do not have the typical 2 weeks wait for a GP appointment.
Thank you for your cooperation
